The Important Book about Water

The Important Book About Water

Who read Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows?

Have you been keeping up with this book series? I know I could not wait for it to come out this summer. I picked up my copy of the book on Saturday and finished it on Sunday! My favorite part of the book was learning the true story of Professor Snape and of Professor Dumbledore — I was excited to read that my prediction of Snape as ”good” came true even though he made things difficult for Harry. My least favorite part of the book was how Harry, Ron, and Hermione wandered around the countryside for sooooo long and how they were mean to each other. But in the end, their firendship held together. And, of course, I was sad and surprised to read that Fred Weasley died — he and his brother George were so funny! Okay, you know my favorite parts of the last book. What did you like the best??? Did you see the movie this summer? Post a comment and share your ideas.

Hooray! It’s Summer!!!

Hi everyone– how is your summer going? I spent all of last week getting our new classroom set up. You all did a great job of helping to move all of our learning tools to the new room. I cannot thank you enough for all the great end-of-the-year gifts — I am enjoying everyone of them. :)

Write in and tell us all what fun things you are doing this summer. For example, this week I am going to spend a day in Seattle on the waterfront — it’s suppose to be sunny and hot.:)
